SRHS Power Lifting Practice Times…

We have started regular practice times for the Power Lifting Team…Starting Monday October 20/08 practice will be held in the weightroom every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:00 pm (subject to change).

Proper gym clothes are required…no exceptions. There is a female division so don’t be shy ladies, it is a great way to get ready for rugby season.

The first qualifier is Nov 7/08 at Westisle High School and we will be hosting the second qualifier on January 16/09 with the provincials being held at Bluefield High in April.
